There's the Russian nuclear ban and the nuclear fuel security act bills that still have to get beyond the committee stage before a vote in both senate and house.
I can see why the Doe appears to be dragging its feet on the call for proposals on Haleu. All these bills really form one policy on nuclear fuel and the Doe needs to know how much funding there is and clear objectives.
It's so frustrating watching the slow progression, given that nuclear has bipartisan support in both houses. At least we have some small forward movement now
