I've voting against all rewards to non executives and executives.
I know of a few top twenty shareholders who are equally mystified as to how they would have the gall to include these resolutions this year given the lack of performance.
I'd suggest that if you as a shareholder feel the same way, or vice versa, then you vote your shares in accordance with your voting preferences.
