    Scottm agreed, Hard to know what exactly the agreement means for EQR. "The aim of the agreement is to explore a potential participation by EQR in the European tungsten mining sector." what this exactly entails is unknown. Is it we will act as consultants for tungsten miners in Europe or does it mean some form of more direct participation.
