    With all of the shortfall shares being bled into the market by the fish head holders have they finished @ .036 ( M C @ $4.1 mil ) or will the S P reach .03 ( the C R price ) ?, remember the bell does not ring at the top or the bottom so buying at this level " could " be as good as it gets !!
