On March 2

Aurelia expects to announce a funding solution to finance the development of the Federation Mine by
the end of the March quarter and, soon after, mobilise the resources required to continue excavation
of the decline to access the high-grade Federation orebody. Based on this timeline and the ability to
leverage existing infrastructure, the first high-grade Federation ore is expected to be processed
within 12 months of work recommencing.

On 31 March

Aurelia Metals Limited (ASX: AMI) (Aurelia or the Company) is pleased to advise the refinance process
for a new credit facility to fund the Federation Mine development is progressing well. Commercial
terms are largely agreed, subject to final and binding documentation.

On 13 April

Our funding process is well advanced which will support remobilisation of Redpath to Federation with
development of the decline expected to restart towards the end of this quarter.”

When do we hear what the promised funding solution is? The end of the March quarter, when the funding solution was due, has passed and there is not much time before the end of the June quarter when action is supposed to start on development.

Delays may occur, but tell us what is happening please given the previous promises.
