actually no .... what you described is the conventional missile .... the Khinzal flies at lower altitudes do some research because you are failing to understand the operation
hypersonic missiles are very hard to take down and tajectory very hard to tarack but apparently slow to about half speed very late in th trajectory and also line up on target enabling tracking ....seems the Ukies have used that vulnerablility to take them out which is very informative for all .
