Plenty of good brands that generate strong cash flows on offer and there'd be significant synergies on the local distribution for a company that competes in complementary products. Pity management has never been able to get the strategy right. Going to be hard for them to ask holders to give them another chance if an attractive offer is made. At these levels it is ripe! Be interesting to see if it is sold down further on low volumes.
