Some traders pay a flat fee and no commission on trades so buy size isn't important. If they run an algo these will often do very small trades, just to manipulate price action and sentiment (unless they are a HFT which has limited use on specs as no liquidity) - if you're algo is making the price look weak you can assume this trader wants to accumulate. Don't worry about it mate and let the numbers/announcements coming do the talking.
