CR price is generally the new floor price Hillman.
Unfortunately it looks like someone they included as one of their "long" investors was still happy to take the free money by shorting the SP knowing they had the cover coming @ $7.30.
It means if they shorted $1 million worth at $7.70 they would be sitting on a neat $52,000 profit. And then they can buy on market at $7.30 and grab the inevitable rally back up for another $52,000 profit.
