US stocks rallied on positive debt ceiling developments

I read that Joe Biden was visiting PNG then Japan but cancelled PNG because the debt business was getting out of control.

Now they say the markets rallied on positive debt ceiling developments ... they didn't ask me what I pinned first! lol
