conversely, gmd could argue they are aggrieved in that kin holding the mill to ransom to process their ore.
also assuming the only commercial way kin would sell their share to gmd I assume is get assurance their ore gets processed. but that's a commercial benefit the other 10% shareholders don't get... so who knows.
hard to see a corporate deal including kin but given where market cap is atm, maybe there is a counter play.
