Having fresh eyes is not anything to fear.
its also not a slight on anyone.
Just what we know about how our minds work is that it can be hard to change entrenched thinking.
For a Geo this can mean looking to repeat from how you were successful in the past.
This approach may not work on a new area If you keep looking for patterns that aren't there. Patterns that got success in the past.
im not sure why people are insulted or take this personally. It's not personal. It's just neuro science and psychology.
