I expect they will announce tomorrow the formalities of an over described placement. Looks like it’s done and dusted unless there is another component to this trading holt.
Good timing IMHO considering the recent 20% upside. Markets still in confusion over US debt ceiling, war, and general shit within the banking sector.
Yes it may hold down the price for a little while as participants take their cut, but that’s life when you do a CR in our end of town.
Ultimately the company becomes more derisked as the bank account now has the money for the 4k pilot plant.
Been through all this with AGY, it’s just a frustrating process you need to go through to get to production.
