Cores production is not capped at 2019 figures so simply the author thinks he can swage the thinking of simple minded shareholders to his preferred direction.
He has an agenda to steer the thinking in favour of his prefered outcome
This theme has been raised infinitem and no thinking shareholder gives weight to such utter rubbish and to republish such trash is more a reflection on the republisher than anything else.
I know exactly what Core is doing and am more than confident in the direction we are taking
