Maybe the raise is also a smoke screen for potential off take partner to take a position at mates rates before the DFS? There has to be a strategic reason to do it prior to the DFS, considering DJ bought at $1.20 two months ago. Also M&A activity heating up so cash in tin driving the pilot plant forward may multiply up more than immediate dilution… anyway I think JP is a bit spontaneous and not always measured and methodical…after all it’s his first Rodeo and had some good wins to date…
