I wouldn't rule out pek. It's high on my list. It has the Jenkins fault zone running through it and one Of the fault zones splits in two. Just what hot liquids like to squeeze through. It's a weakness. Very important in determining the flow of sulphides. I believe there are two runs of the Jenkins fault running through pek. It's also worth taking a look at aly vtem surveys. They strongest results are bordering peks ground. I bet aly wish they had peks licences. On the fault lines.
