Quite agree tax loss selling happens every year May/June and from my experience runs to about 10 June, but my point was the directors are not buying at these prices. The only excuse they may have is a looming great announcement and they do not want to have to run the suggestion of insider trading, but there has been great value for them for six months and they do not buy which may support your shell thought bubble.
