China I think. Have watched for a while and commented previously. English does not flow naturally, lacks grammer and punctuation. Consistent with a translator programme or app (a cheap one)...When insulted or bantered does not respond. Indicating the user and the programme can't understand colluquial conversation..I am suprised HC allows it to continue. More consistent with Chinese than a sub continent scam..
