Most of what you said really doesnt matter. If crutchy has done something wrong im sure he'll pay the price, but I personally doubt it will happen. I suspect hes on the right side of the law which is all that matters in the end. No crime in backing your own team within the letter of the law. Great guy, great company as you will eventually have to concede despite any valid and appreciated (albeit one sided) critique of the finer points of DREs RE economics at the currently depressed prices.

Interesting to hear your supportive opinion "the release of sensational auger anomalies" adding to the mix though, the type of which was decidedly not too forth coming in recent times when asked about the potential of TY etc.. You do prefer to focus on potential negatives but glad to hear you have seen the light. Like some killer shark that you flip upside down, it becomes confused, doesnt recognise its prey anymore and lies there waiting for tummy rubs.
