@gimmegimme think you're misreading this somewhat.
This part of the act basically says "if someone pays for shares you must transfer the shares or give the money back".
So, some people paid 50 million
100 million shares were issued to people who paid.
Fraud occurred in the business, but that is entirely unrelated to the purchase of shares.
If it applied in the way you have interpreted, you must surely have a case you can provide as precedence.
Further - lol - from whence comes this 50 million dolllars? Its gone.
