Bit of a question from left field for those that know a bit about this subject.
Let's suppose that our drilling is successful and we want to proceed to mining.
A number of farmers own the land where our black hold sits.
So what rights if any do we have to actually go mining. I get that we need a mining licence and pepr as pre-requisites. But can the farmers just say no to mining (I guess this is hypothetical given that they are happy fir the drill but to go down in their land, but keen to know the answer anyway). Are we required to buy their land or lease it off them? If they do say know, is there any recourse through the courts?
Sorry for the distraction from the main gig atm. But would love to know a bit more about this side of the business. And I guess these questions don't just apply to graphite, but apply to all mineral resources
