I would also add that new investors must be wary of pumps and pumpers here, especially ones that a quick bit of DD can reveal are linked to institutions and inv banks and advisers. They pop up ahead of announcements like loyal puppies, supported by other thin/little-used HC accounts, to whip up a frenzy, state their alleged position sizes, make cosy references to management, and then fall silent after they have completed their master’s task. Add to this Investability: no serious or soph investors follow tweets from what is essentially a PR hype agency.

And especially remember that the underwriter has an 80% shortfall from the recent 5c entitlement to get rid of. Every pip over about 4.7c (factoring in the free attaching options) is profit. Invest/trade with your eyes wide open here, and attuned to the very obvious patterns, watch their cash position & Quarterlies like a hawk, apply business logic to geologists musings, and imo you’ll do alright if you are just entering and not stuck with earlier IPO/cap raise entries.
