It doesn't matter, very few ever get charged with any breach because mostly it's only an innocent oversight, has to be grievous and so indefensible you can't make enough excuses to cause reasonable doubt. I made the obvious observation, same others posted, except I happen to believe the end doesn't justify the means. Those who sold to him just before the bounce into good results release would no doubt agree.
