And the majors are too risk averse to take it over now, because their decisions are made by desk jockeys, but once the issue of the permit is sorted they will come after us. The permit itself is no big deal, as mining has been allowed in the buffer zone in the past. It's just a matter of dotting the "i"s and crossing the "t"s.
