I suspect that's the result of having so few shares on issue. Just need one large holder to decide to sell a number for whatever reason and down she comes. When the offload ends ... the buyers will step up again to pick up the bargains. Hard to believe anyone would sell now given how close SkyWater is to commencing mass production. No idea imo.
