Um... no. If un38.3 is achieved it means im3alltalk are allowed to pack and ship batteries.
It does not address the
old tired tech
the main competitors are bottom feeder LFP makers on ebay
no economies of scale probably expensive wrt other batteries
no body wants to buy them as in pay cash for them
no certification for anything other than shipping them. Cant use them for mass storage or EV's etc etc

It's the step they should have got through months ago. A non event becomes a show stopper.
