That is the good news but the bad news is that for each month of delay there is less lithium left in our mine and is being sent to China for below market value and putting down pressure on spot prices in general. Even if somehow the mine is returned to shareholders by the time that happens it will likely be depleted of the high grade ore as now they are scrambling to remove it as fast as they can. If I was in their place that's what I would do and also made sure the mine operated 24/7.
