Good point about the answer being numbers (and events) presented to the court @jumpstart. Many of us are counting on the PGI case being strong.

We haven't heard much about what the Dominican Repulic Government case is, and there are always two sides to any story. They must have some kind of case to be willing to spend and risk the additional cost of taking it to court.

I'm anticipating that the DRG will present whatever mitigating factors (e.g. stuff that was outside their control, and so potentially a cost to be shared between the parties) they can, to have some of the claim reduced, though I couldn't say what those factors might be.
