Pitt at research thinks a deal will get done by the end of the year so definitely a lot of patience required all the bulls are long and talking their book up to get this to move but the weight or wait of financing and the likely capital raise is holding it back. so patience required but understand frustration of starting building works , when we're were meant to start producing at start of 24
