Does not IMO come close to what LIN has, for MEI to produce what LIN will be producing just with the pilot plant next year they will probably need to process 100s thousands of tonnes of clay per year, which will require massive expenditure and untold amounts of water and likely highly uneconomical
Now LIN also has a Teir1 deal with a massive company for its Billion Tonne world-class Bauxite asset
LIN will rule the market along with LYC.. the rest are likely flounder around for years and years until retail are holding the bags
