abc four corners hatchet job, page-257

Anyone who believes that this week's Four Corners was unbiased reporting is not well informed. I rarely watch the show, but was enticed on this occasion as my mining identity colleague had been extensively interviewed by the Four Corners producers. I naively expected his views to get an airing, but by half way through the show it became obvious I wouldn't be seeing him in action, as he:

    - is of medium build and not ostentatiously wealthy
    - is plausible and not prone to exaggeration
    - speaks with a clear Australian accent
    - is well educated and is deeply concerned about the lack of business competence in the current Government, and the consequent threat to the prosperity of all Australians

I wonder how many other genuine concerned Australians were interviewed and then ignored by the ABC.....

Showcasing Clive Palmer as somehow being the face of Australian mining shows clear bias, and is fuel to the potential fire of class warfare which would achieve nothing other than reducing all our living standards.

    Shame ABC
