Add to that I wouldn't be surprised to see 2 more notices from them in the next few weeks as news is released. Could see them buy more on release of news to put them up over 5% again and pump it then dump some more and go below 5% again. So IMO they may become substantial holders again and then cease again all within a few weeks.
