Canaccord is fighting for their own rights/benefits and not fighting for all shareholders - that we must be clear.
There's nothing shareholders can do but wait and see the outcome of the case.
The best that can happen is that the court rules in favour of Canaccord and throws out the DOCA - if the case gets heard and not rescheduled again.
Either that or FIRB rejects Austroids ownership of Baldhill and as a consequence, the DOCA becomes null and void.
Then Baldhill should be liquidated (sold off to highest bidder), creditor (Austroid) paid off and balance distributed back to shareholders.Correct?
