JP's lack of experience is a concern in my opinion. Experience plays a crucial role in handling corporate situations effectively. Whilst we can't predict the future, a competent management and board can make preparations.
the fact that we're raising funds at lower levels than our previous capital raise in 2021 speaks volumes!!!
Additionally, raising funds at a discount when the market is hot is abit sad.Why can explorers like GT1 who haven't even done a PEA can raise at a premium with binding offtake from a Tier 1?
It's a shame to see such a valuable resource not being given the chance it deserves due to inadequate management.
As mentioned earlier, if announcements and communications were handled better, we could have raised funds at a higher valuation, perhaps above $2.
I have a suspicion that the DFS will be delayed once again.
anyway, i like the resource and project. just wished it got the attention it deserves.
