I think the period for the 50% buyback was for 1 year and has expired. That said, I do see force in having a buyback. However, I don't know what else is planned for the funds raised. Buying back shares just sold for 1.50 for 1.25 after only 1 month is a good rate of return. Must have something better in mind.
