Davy, The actual number of cancer cell lines CF33 was effective against was 80. The COH team grew up an extra 20 cell lines to trial.
Listening to Yuman FONGS comments it’s clear that he believes CF33 will be come a universal off the shelf cancer treatment for all types of cancers.
Thats why MAST is a basket of 10 cancer types. If you recall after treatment with CF33, the patients immune system responds with a CD8 anti tumor
response. This CD8 marker is the mechanism FONG hopes to use to gain FDA approvals for CF33. So far they have seen this in several different tumours. And again FONG responded on twitter to a question regarding Breast Cancer “ any type of breast cancer is ok” for trial participants.
The tactic here is to test CF33 on any and every tumor type and test for CD8 . If the patient’s immune system responds with CD8 then apply for this tumor type to be included in the FDA approvals for CF33.

It’s well worth taking note of every little nuance and comment from FONG. He has clearly signalled what he believes he has created. And that is a one size fits all cancer treatment that will be available off the shelf at low costs for all people. A universal cancer vaccine. He is seeing une uiv evidence that CF33 is killing cancer cells in humans. I still don’t think it’s sunk in for shareholders just how amazing Fong’s creation really is.
