Yes Leo, I certainly understand, I've had many instances of seller's remorse over the last 20 years. Not going to happen here though, let me tell you!!
I do the safe thing- don't tell the wife... she knows I bought in a fair while back, but she hasn't asked how they are going, so I've not told her....true.
