The current market capitalisation of BUBS is $146M. The basis for my previous valuations are $150M ( ie it remains unchanged ).
So if you raise capital by issuing another 210M shares, you end up with 751M Current + 210M New = 961M total post raise.
$150M / 961M shares = $0.156 / share.
The unknown variable is the market capitalisation. I've looked at the previously from an EPS and PE Ratio point of view as well. That's even uglier.
BUBS needs some very positive news to pump the price ahead of any raise, or it's going to be very dilutive.
