yep Talleys has to agree to any dividends to be paid out by BT mining.....there are a few operational reasons why Talleys want BT mining to hold onto "some cash" but only Talleys know why they are withholding significant cash for "other reasons"
They really have BRL snookered and the cash build has been significant for over 18 months now.
BRL are certainly not letting shers know what the issues are but I suspect Talleys are keeping them in the dark as well.
Talleys have the power and are using it
