The context of why Grandma was tasered is what we require bodycam to prove if such force was necessary.
If Grandma was lunging at someone, and the taser saved another resident from being stabbed then fair game. Or perhaps holding someone hostage. Perhaps pepper spray been better though again we don't have the context if it would have been effective.
If however the policeman was simply a coward trying to quickly and prematurely end the conflict without best efforts to talk down and neutralize the situation then i'd expect a jury of peers to decide their fate.
Until/IF (darn well should) we get the footage, everything else is speculation and meaningless to discuss.
