10 mill cap raise for TMT tomoz, page-9

The Question is why the raise now.....we were led to believe we had suffiient to FID.....all i can think is we are accelerating our mining eqwuipment purchases as referred to in last presentation......hopefully showing confidence and desire to get underway ASAP
If i am right then managemant is very confident and future mine funding will attract less dilution...also may expidite binding takeoffs.
A lot will depend on who comes to the register...hoping for major funds and RCF?
