If you are already a BNPL that already ticks most of the boxes for recommendation/checks required, one would suggest it should most likely be 'business as usual'.
If you are a BNPL that doesn't do this - it will test you and could either make or break some. One would suggest mainly smaller BNPL's are affected here, to protect customers from the dodgier ones and thus this may eliminate competitors from ZIP/big dawgs in the market. This could be one reason why ZIP has backed the option out of the 3.
