Suspended until they find a way to dig themselves out of the hole they dug with the limited LOM in the restart study.
They've articulated a plan whereby they incorporate the concentrator into the study but it's unclear what the timeframe/costs of this are, I suspect they come out of suspension with a plan to conduct studies to that end and seek funds via CR for that purpose.
I may be mistaken and they're somehow doing all that at this time and will come out of suspension with a study but that seems very unrealistic, though I do rate it a chance given the infrastructure is all there already.
Bottom line, its in a bad way, possibly terminal, possibly not.
