IMO summary:
5EA/FEAM no longer have to incour the cost of exploration/development activities at Salt Wells while still keeping a 20% interest and the Co gains exlusive sales/marketing rights for any future borate production at Salt Wells, plus 5EA/FEAM could potentially regain Salt Wells through a future JV agreement with OSM.
Not too bad of a deal.
