If OEL is such a roaring buy at current prices, why aren't directors buying?
I see Jaap just shuffled some shares around, but no one in the know seems to be backing this this stock with their own hard earned.
Can anyone suggest why? Waiting for a lower price?
OEL worth 15c per share? OEL directors don't appear to think so...imo
