The only reasonSpenda has maintained its market cap is because directors were smart enough to issue over 3billion shares and as such make 1c seem like it shouldn’t be breaches by those that do t know much about market caps and only focus on share price and as such it’s more psychological rather than fundamental.
If you only had one billion shares on issue currently I still think the price would have dropped to the 1c level and hence that market cap of $10m
Probably one of the reasons directors will not do a share consolidation anytime soon
