Any decent management team would at least have the common sense or professionalism to provide a short announcement to say the end May deadline will not be met and then offer a new date. I could stomach that! At least they would be doing their jobs as representatives of the Company to update shareholders who actually own the Company and pay their wages.
These hopeless directors can't even take 10 minutes to write up a short note to the shareholders. It's total disrespect and arrogance, not to mention unprofessional. Doesn't give me much confidence in anything else they are doing because they have no credibility in my eyes. They have achieved absolutely nothing in the past few years and yet still keep collecting quarterly cheques from our Company savings... for doing what?!
