I own shares in both HM1 and LSF.
For curiosity I compared NAV and Share Price or each over the last 12 months.
The post-tax NAV for HM1 is unchanged in the last year ($2.96).
The post-tax NAV for LSF is slightly down in the last year ($2.96 compared to $3.02)
HM1 has paid out FF dividend of 13.5c, LSF a FF dividend of 5c.
The SP for HM1 is practically unchanged in the past year at about $2.22
The SP for LSF is practically unchanged in the past year at about $2.88.
What is it about HM1 that makes it deserve a permanent 25% discount to NAV when it has actually performed better than LSF over the past 12 months, courtesy of its greater dividend and slightly better NAV performance?
FRUSTRATED!
Surely they can do something to narrow that discount?
