Knock yourself out investing in REE projects. I asked a Mate who's an expert REE Metallurgist about ionic clays, his response was that's it's like having 0.1g/t gold but you don't know if it's refractory or not.
Considering you are happy with the smoke and mirrors of BBX, REE clays are probably very plausible for you. Did you also pile in on graphite stocks?? There's always a new fandangled commodity the BS merchants trot out for blokes like you to fall for it every time.
