    Could they be loading up in possible expectations of market turmoil on the back of US debt ceiling increase not being finalized?
    Its a fairly major macro event that surely would cause ripples in everything..
    I think it will get sorted but likely they will leave it to last minute to resolve so the market gets a run of fear?
    It seems they just create fear events to maximize the swings?
    Just a novice brain fart ?
